Returns Policy


Reflection Period/Return:


From the first email you send to customer service about your return, it will be processed. Due to busy times it is not always possible to respond immediately. Sending multiple emails is not necessary: it will be processed as soon as possible.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you received, please contact us. Eywasoulsmalibu.shop strives to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with the product they purchased from our suppliers. If you have any problems with shipping or the product please contact us and our team will assist you immediately.


Returning an Order:


There may be times when you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you do not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason.


Cancellation:


You have another 30 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the store are for your own account. These costs are approximately $14.15 per package, for the exact rates please consult the website of your carrier. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at jane@eywasoulsmalibu.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.


Damage or Impairment:


If the product is damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.


Sealed Products:


For sealed products, when the seal is broken, these products are not returnable. That includes:


Products that have been created by the trader in accordance with the consumer's specifications (custom-made products).

Products that are clearly personal in nature.

Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned.


Damaged Products on Arrival:


How annoying! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product is damaged during transport. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days after receipt of the product. After that, the return period expires. For the quickest solution, please send us an email with a picture of the damaged part of the item where the label and defect can be clearly seen. We will use this information to help you with your order and prevent errors in the future.


Production Errors or Defects After Use:


How annoying! Unfortunately, it can happen that a production defect occurs some time. It must really be a defect. In other words, the part is defective and it no longer meets the standard prescribed by the manufacturer. Wear parts are excluded from production errors or defects. In such cases please contact our customer service


Delivery of Wrong Products:


We make every effort to process all orders correctly. Unfortunately, it can happen that some orders slip through and we deliver you the wrong product. Of course we will solve this and send you the correct order free of charge. For questions about the delivery of wrong products, please contact customer service.
